You do NEED A GUIDE for this hike! The path vanishes from time to time and you can get lost easily. Be advised it may be challenging specially when is wet because of slippery rocks and mud, but otherwise it is worth the effort. If you are unsure of your physical fitness get in touch with Shoba and they’ll advise you!
REVIEW
We decided to go with Raj after reading the great reviews he had on tripadvisor, and I must say that was a good decision. Shoba was so helpful organizing everything and very clear and informative at all times. She even sent us a message the same morning of the hike giving us some useful tips according to the last weather forecast for the day.
We met early in the morning for the full day hike (7 waterfalls). Shoba and Raj were so kind and they let us park our rental car inside their property.
We had the hike with another couple and it went so well. Raj did all the explanations in 2 different languages (the other couple was French). We could swim at the base of the waterfalls and we enjoyed the stunning views that the trail offers.
We had a challenging day as we faced some intense rain on the last part of the hike but Raj managed to make it enjoyable!
If you have to choose a guide, go with him! You won’t regret!!!!
