Mercedes shaped lake with likewise prices and stunning nature

点评：Como Lake is around an hour drive north from Milan. The lake is pretty big, in a three-pointed star shape. Most interesting parts are the two lower star arms with city of Como in the western arm and town of Lecco in the eastern. In between them on the northern side is the "famous' Bellagio.
Amazing nature all around with stunning hills/mountains/cliffs just above the lake left the strongest impression on us.
Famous villas are nice but already seen at many other places in Italy, and have in mind most of them you cannot visit, neither see (from the land side) as they're hidden behind tall walls, trees,..... - it's the playground for the rich and they of course want their privacy.
To experience the lake best is to drive around and of course take few boat rides.
WARNING for driving: roads around entire Como Lake are very narrow. All roads are two way traffic with a width of a one way road!!! Bypassing is hair rising, specially with buses - at some points when stuck entire lane must go reverse to bypass with the other. Locals are used to such roads and drive pretty fast so take extra caution.
There are many places along the lake worth stopping to take photos, have a small hike down to water, visit a charming village,...
Prices as you might expect are on the higher side wherever you sit.
Anyway it's totally worth visiting, just take your time, don't rush and enjoy.

湖边有很多地方值得停下来拍照，可以徒步前往水边，参观迷人的村庄……
价格随你无论你坐在哪里，你都会觉得高度较高。
无论如何，这里绝对值得一游，慢慢欣赏，不要着急，尽情享受吧。
