A few weeks ago, I had an itch for peanut brittle. Everyone loves peanuts. It is a popular snack that is nutritious as well as delicious and provides protein, vitamin B and high food energy to consumers. I googled: "Best peanut brittle?" and discovered Aunt Ruby's Peanuts in Enfield, North Carolina. It is a family owned business that was established in 1945 as a feed, seed and fertilizer store for local farmers. Today, it sells the finest brand of peanuts, peanut brittle and chocolate specialties to peanut and chocolate lovers across the country. I ordered two one-pound tins of peanut brittle, sweet and salty and crunchy. Fast delivery. As tasty as advertised. I didn't realize North Carolina is the peanut capital of the world.
