点评：A Disappointing Experience Far Below What Was Advertised
We booked the Eco Room to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we were very excited but Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience.
Upon arrival, we found the tent in conditions that were very different from what was shown in the listing photos. The tent had extensive green and black stains that appeared to be mold, as well as a hole approximately 12 inches wide.
Even more concerning was the condition of the bed. It was covered with tiny jumping insects and numerous small black specks. We could not identify exactly what they were, but the conditions were completely unacceptable for any type of accommodation.
Additionally, the water provided through the dispenser had a yellowish color, which raised serious concerns about its quality and safety. This is especially disappointing considering that the listing specifically advertises bottled water with an automatic dispenser.
We repeatedly tried calling all the available contact numbers to request a different tent, but nobody answered. Given the conditions and the lack of assistance, we had no choice but to leave after only two hours and book a hotel elsewhere at our own expense.
What makes this experience even more disappointing is that we had planned this getaway to celebrate a special occasion. Instead, we lost time, money, and an anniversary experience we had been looking forward to.
An accommodation advertised as a glamping experience should meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. Unfortunately, this property fell far short of those expectations.
I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed and guests can be assured that the accommodations actually match what is advertised.
