If you run a Brewery, it might be good to stay open past 9pm on a Friday

点评：So I was excited to visit this brewery. Stopped in on Friday at 5 pm to taste a beer. There website showed a nice double IPA and that is what I asked to try but the gent behind the bar said that they did not have the double IPA and that the website was very out of date. So I tried the IPA they had and, well, it really wasn't an IPA or it was a very bad version of an IPA, one of those two possibilities. Ok so beer is mediocre at best. Check.
Next I asked about the hours. Regardless of the marginal beer, I knew my crew would want to stop by and I said we would be coming by at 9pmish after dinner and asked how late are you open. The answer was 10 pm and I said great, see you soon. Came by at 9:05 pm and they said "sorry, we stopped serving at 9:00 pm, these are January hours." Mind you, this is FRIDAY night. We are not talking Tue or Wed, we are talking Friday night. The place was actually pretty crowded and they were kicking folks out, including us.
Needless to say, marginal beer and early closing on a Friday, 2 stars is my rating.
