点评：I visited the spa on the 6th July 2024. I had booked myself and my husband for spa treatment or use of the facilities for 2 hours and I booked myself a treatment… the total was €185. I don’t mind paying for a little luxury but we arrived before the staff and the place was empty. We opened a few doors and were shocked that some of the rooms were dirty with debris on dirty wet floors. When the staff arrived I wanted to ask for a refund and leave but my husband insisted we stay and just see what happened.
We were taken through and shown the Jacuzzi the sauna and the shower. That was it, that’s what the spa consisted of! The steam room apparently was unusable. The shower had a broken handle, the sauna was ok but the jacuzzi was dirty with green algae at the back. Not all the jets worked and the handle in to the pool was dirty with black scum on it. When my husband asked if there were any lounger to lay on and read the assistant pointed to a single upright chair. We were not show lockers so the chair was used to put our belongings on. It was just awful.
To be fair, the treatment I had was excellent but when I came out there was absolutely no way I wanted to spend time in the filthy spa and my husband had absolutely enough sitting in such filth. Then as we were leaving we were getting the hard sell from some sales person…… No thank you.
I have visited many spas so know exactly what to expect but this was something else.
I have written to the company to ask for a refund of €60 for the spa day as I was perfectly happy with my €125 treatment but they have not had the decency to even defend themselves.
Honestly, do yourself a favour and avoid this place

公平地说，我接受的治疗非常好，但当我出来时，我绝对不想在肮脏的水疗中心呆太久，我的丈夫也受够了坐在如此肮脏的地方。然后，当我们离开时，一些销售人员向我们强行推销……不，谢谢。
我去过很多水疗中心，所以确切地知道会发生什么，但这是另一回事。
我已经写信给公司，要求退还 60 欧元的水疗费用，因为我对 125 欧元的治疗非常满意，但他们甚至没有礼貌地为自己辩护。
