点评：This place is a disgrace and should be shut down. Dolphins are being kept in a tiny pool right next to sunbeds, forced to perform and interact with tourists in an environment completely unfit for their needs. This is not entertainment—this is cruelty.
What’s worse, this setup violates the law “On the Protection of Animals from Cruel Treatment.” Article 25, Section 10 clearly prohibits keeping dolphins in public catering establishments, hotels, resorts, or health institutions. Yet this facility blatantly ignores that law. They have been reported to the authorities.
These dolphins are common bottlenose dolphins, a species listed in the Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats, meaning they require protection—not exploitation for profit. This an illegal operation!
Confining such intelligent, social animals to a chlorinated pool for photo ops and “swim with dolphins” sessions is beyond cruel. Please do not support this abuse. The only way to stop this is to stop funding it.
