My son and I embarked on a day trip from Strasbourg, France to Triberg, Germany, where we visited numerous shops and admired hundreds of clocks.
From the moment we entered Kuckucknest, I recognized the exceptional quality of their handcrafted clocks. This was the only shop where we had the opportunity to interact with the owner, a skilled carver and clockmaker. He and his wife were incredibly friendly, patiently answering all our questions and providing invaluable insights into the diverse features and differences of various clocks. I was captivated by the intricate details and undeniable craftsmanship evident in each piece.
Unfortunately, the initial delivery arrived with minor damage to one of the carved elements due to mishandling by the USPS. The owners responded with exceptional understanding and dedication, working diligently to ensure I received a replacement piece in perfect condition. They even assisted my husband in replacing the broken part. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me.
Furthermore, their passion for their craft is evident in every aspect of this beautiful timepiece. I wholeheartedly recommend this cuckoo clock and the experience of working with the owner.
