To make matters worse, when we returned the equipment, we received the same poor service. They were supposed to provide a copy of the receipt for the kayak rental, but the employee handed it to us while literally facing away from us, with her back turned, speaking to a coworker at the same time.
This all happened yesterday, and we ended up wasting a significant amount of time due to their lack of organization and basic customer service. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and reflects a serious lack of professionalism.
