Byron Bay Luxury Transfers的点评
点评：We were greeted by Nigel at the airport with a warm smile and a clear name board so he was easy to find.
He took our bags for us and really made feel welcome.
His car was immaculate and offered us ice cold glass bottled water in the options of still or sparkling.
Once on our way he asked us about what we had planned and shared a wealth of local knowledge about walks and restaurants we could go to on our stay.
Once at the hotel he took our bags to the front of the hotel.
On the return we had Georgie, who was bubbly and full of life. She was easy to talk to and felt like a friend me and my partner had known for years.
Much the same as Nigel, she was overly helpful and nothing seemed to be an issue. It felt like there was never enough time in the Airport to Hotel transfers, we could’ve talked to them all day.
It’s not just the immaculate cars that make Byron Luxury Tours so special, it is the people working there.
It is very rare in this day and age that all the staff had such high praise of each other and their boss Jack.
Will definitely be travelling with Byron Luxury Tours again.
