点评：We as a family visited INIGO JONES in March last year looking for a headstone for our son who had passed away in February. We were aware that we would have to wait about one year to have the headstone erected but we felt we needed to have an idea what we were looking for. We found a perfect headstone, rustic and unique and offered to leave a deposit but were told by Roger this was not necessary, I will add that he was extremely helpful at this point. We rang and emailed Inigo jones February this year with our choice of wording. We waited and waited for a response, we even called there approx four weeks ago (70 mile round trip) but Roger, who does the engraving (who I was told today is a director of the company) could not see us. We’ve since rang a couple of times to no avail, I will add at this point that our insistency is purely because the stone was ideal! I rang again today to be told that the stone cannot be found, apparently one of the directors has removed it and they don’t know where it is!!!!! I asked if they could take some photographs of random stones as there weren’t many. I have since been told that this is not possible. As you can imagine, we’re are still grieving for the loss of our son and the totally uncaring attitude of Roger is unacceptable and I informed them that I will write a review to this effect if they cannot help me. The response from Director Roger is that he won’t be blackmailed and wouldn’t sell it to us anyway. We’re left absolutely stunned and speechless. All I can say is ‘shame on you’. Inigo Jones, moreover shame on you Roger !!!!!!! DUSGUSTING
