点评：The place is lovely, lots to do and always something to keep kids busy. Food and ice cream is a good price also.
My child had an accident. I asked for a first aider no sign of 1. I received a first aid box full of plasters. As I was frantic dealing with my child bleeding all over himself and me, the woman was asking for my number rather than helping me with my child. I understand they need your details if an accident happens but the first concern should be the child that had an accident.
While I dealt with my child there wasn't any concern from any staff there. I got offered a lift to the pharmacy and the girl was smirking while saying she will take me. I got offered a chair hald hour after standing with my child in my arms.
The one woman said they been here all day they should've left by 3.
Myself and my child didn't recieve and empathy or concern, very disappointed in how the staff acts towards something like this it is concerning.
Like I said lovely place for kids but don't expect and concern from the staff or a first aider!
