点评:it was fascinating. Granted it is not everyone's "cup-of-tea" (like the young woman I did not even know who kept grabbing my arm whenever one of the insects did something unexpected) but is enjoyable. Half the fun is finding the insects in their environment (there is a reason they call a "leaf bug" a "leaf bug") and listening to the docents--who are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their "bugs"--tell about their charges. Watching the ants build their tunnels and observing the honey bees going to/from their hive and working were amazing experiences. I spent a long time in the butterfly exhibit simply watching those beautiful and graceful creatures as they flew or rested or spread their wings and observing all of the incredible colors and features (same young woman liked that part and was thrilled when one landed in her hair).
I do not know if I would make it an individual visit but when paired w/ the aquarium and zoo it is a pleasant time.

我不知道我是否会单独参观,但当与水族馆和动物园搭配时,这是一个愉快的时光。
