Flight was fun and safe. But we were made to wait over 1 hour with no explanation.

点评：The plane ride over the Nazca Lines was good, and felt safe. The pilots were competent and gave decent commentary.
The issue was that we had a morning slot booked in (well in advance), but the front desk was more interested in maximising profits by making sure every time slot had a full plane. So they snuck in a different group ahead of us and pushed us to a later time slot. We ended up waiting over an hour for our flight, with no explanation. The worst was that they were not up front at all about it, having initially told us we'd go to our plane 'in 10-15 minutes', but then totally backtracking and making us wait (saying it was a 'busy morning').
There are plenty of other companies offering similar flights. I would suggest showing up and shopping around. Paying in advance doesn't benefit you as the company has no incentive to honour the agreed-upon time.
