Then I waited for NINE hours. During that time, I asked several times why they were ignoring my questions for so long (WhatsApp showed they had read all my messages shortly after I sent them). After NINE hours, this is literally what I got:
"Hello, I told you to send your name, but you didn't do it. For tomorrow, we have availability from 10:30-11 am. If you want, send the name and pick-up location in Nasca."
No apologies, and apparently, it was all my fault? I was simply asking for the available time slot. This is beyond ridiculous customer service. I wasn’t begging to fly with them, and this response was one of the rudest I’ve ever received in my life.
