Very unreliable/ potential scammer later

点评：Dennis is very unreliable, and a potential scammer. We lost 1,700$ because of hin.
We booked a Tour to Kilimandscharo and, a safari trip, including i.a. a balloon safari and a Trip to Ngorongoro crater with him. We paid 8.700 USD in advance to him for 2 persons. Kilimandscharo Tour was good, no problems. But for the Safari, Dennis neither arranged the balloon safari nor paid the park fees for Ngorongoro crater. In the end, we had to expense the fees ourselves. So in effect we paid 1,700$ double and could not do the Ngorongoro and had to book a Hotel for the night that was planned for Ngorongoro.
When we asked Dennis to give us our money back (1,700 USD which we paid in advance) for Ballon Safari and Ngorongoro crater, he did not give it back to us. He told us several times he would transfer it "the next days" but he never did. He did not arrange the Services and we had to pay them again.
The executing tour guides were amazing and did a very good job and helped us a lot in particular with the Safari. They were reliable and patient. But in Dennis we were very disappointed and would NOT recommend doing any business with him. We also had the feeling that he drank too much alcohol when we met him, but we don't know for sure.
