点评：Overcrowded and poorly staffed. No shower next to sauna/steam room to shower before entering the pool and hot tubs. Artic shower only at entrance. Swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi water temperature on the cool side. So much so we decided not to use. The place is a maintenance nightmare door hands non existent, paint peeling etc. Very dark due to no replacement of downlights. Now the real disgrace the single staff member we engaged was not happy to be there and outright rude to customers. Stu you need to get anther job that suits you and stop your rudeness! He was so unhappy he told off the customer at the front door for getting him in trouble with management. She'd been waiting for more than 45mins while we ate in the café. Also stay away from the eatery. Food bland, expensive and not created by anyone who has been trained to cook. My guess it that the teenage staff create what ever food they can from the little they have. The establishment is running this place into the ground. They overbooked and must have taken thousand this evening but with little interest in the business. Which may go some way to explaining the staffs attitude. One man running the whole place and bar to boot.
