点评:We recently visited Go Sport at Doha Festival City with the intention of purchasing a treadmill urgently. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward shopping experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing visit.
We stood for about five minutes looking for assistance, only to be passed from one staff member to another with no one taking responsibility to actually help us. When someone finally approached us, we asked him to explain the treadmill’s features. His response? “It’s all written on the board,” pointing vaguely to a small label in front of the machine.
We then asked if he could turn the treadmill on so we could test the touch screen and see its functions in action. Shockingly, he replied, “There’s no place to plug it in.”
How can a store that markets fitness equipment not even have the devices connected to power? No demonstration, no explanation, no real customer service. This isn’t just poor marketing — it’s a clear lack of professionalism and basic retail standards.
Honestly, are we really in Qatar? One of the most advanced retail markets in the region, and yet this is the level of service and display?
We walked out feeling completely let down. This store seriously needs to rethink its customer engagement, product display, and overall sales strategy.
