点评：I come back here every chance I get. The boat tours are great Lots of interesting info. The castle is fantastic. The grounds are beautiful. The ppl were friendly and helpful. Try the meatball sub at the "Top of the Bay". Best ever. Riley's is great for breakfast / brunch. Lots of cute little stores with friendly employees.. There's a beach area for hot days. A public bathroom near the dock which is nice if you don't want to run back to the hotel. Lots of places to just relax and watch the boats go by. There are lots of state parks nearby as well. The only real con is that I only live 2 hours away and would love to be able to stay just one night sometimes, not the 2 night minimum most hotels have. As for the reviews that say the whole town is unfriendly, please notice they hated every single place they went. I think it's their issue, not the town. You find what you're looking for. But maybe they expect ppl to fawn over them for being there. We're New Yorkers, we don't fawn. We're as nice as you are. If you want to be left alone, we'll leave you alone and if you want to engage, we're happy to do that too. I'd encourage anyone from 2 to 102 to visit this place, and the short side trips to Clayton and Wellesley Island. Definitely worth the trip!
