点评：I want to start by saying the staff on reception and in the cafe were lovely and probably the only positive of our visit. The worst part was probably the treatments my friend and I had, we were both taken to a room designed for couples massage without being asked if we were happy for that, my friend and I are very comfortable with each other so we were more than happy to be in the same room that is before the two therapists started, all the way through our back massages I could hear them both whispering and giggling which wasn’t relaxing at all. The treatments weren’t for the full time that they were meant to be and just felt quite rushed. We were asked at the end how we felt and I didn’t feel comfortable to bring up how we felt as the treatment was done and nothing could have been changed by then. Maybe I should of said halfway through but again didn’t feel comfortable doing this when the therapists were already acting quite unprofessional, we were there to relax and have a pamper after both having an incredibly hard year. The relaxation room was nice but in a strange location near reception away from the pool, there was only one heated bed out of about 6/7 that was actually hot, and we had a spin/gym class going on above so all you could hear was the music and banging from that, all in all we wouldn’t go back to this spa unfortunately.
