点评：Having booked the ‘spa day’ using a voucher given as a present we were very disappointed with the lack of ‘spa day’ vibe from the pool facilities, it felt as though we were in a leisure centre particularly when the aqua aerobics started. When we were going for our treatments we had to wait in the cafe among other groups who’d were eating which felt particularly uncomfortable doing so in our swimwear. I had. 45 minute wait between my treatment time & my mums so I went and got changed as I didn’t want to sit there any longer in a swimsuit and robe. My mums treatment was lovely and she thoroughly enjoyed it. My first treatment was lovely and very professional however I didn’t understand why it was split and a 2nd therapist did my 2nd treatment it didn’t seem professional or organised at all and felt it killed the ‘relaxation’ by the first therapist leaving and the 2nd coming in and getting sorted to start. Overall I really wasn’t impressed with our experience and as a result we will not be returning in the future & do think advertising as a ‘spa day’ is exaggerating it for what you offer and the vibe of the place. All we could hear was loud music and banging from the gym.
