点评：On arrival the small double gated entrance looks kinda underwhelming but that soon ends as you walk in and are treated to a free to access introduction in the original and authentic offices of the company!
Once your interest has been piqued you pay your entry fee, if you want to see the exhibits, and off you go.
I thought this would be just another badly put together museum-y history tour but far from it.
The journey through the history of Rum production is interesting and very educational.
The displays are well thought out and actually look quite atmospheric and tell the story of how and where rum was produced alongside the darker side of slavery and brutality and hardship.
Spread over multiple floors each part of the tour involves audio and visual and interactive elements and I was quite pleased to learn so much about this trade.
The tour took about an hour or so and I could have taken longer if I had wanted to, there is so much to see and read about here.
A few of the audio sections are a bit jump-scary but this really does add to the atmospheric ambience!
All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!
Would I come again? Yes, especially if I was with somebody who had never been before.
