Senita (owner) promised several amenities including: a driver who would communicate in English, assistance with securing a local sim card, a stop for breakfast or a snack for the long ride from DSS to Dakar, and a late model vehicle. She delivered none of it and admitted that her business fell short---but blamed the driver and called him 'uneducated" to avoid accountability on her part. She charged us $50 USD per person, including for my infant who had his own car seat, which we were willing to pay given the comfort she assured us. However, because she did not deliver we asked for a partial refund. She refused and became extremely unprofessional, rude, and downright insulting. In the end, I filed a claim with PayPal for a refund and provided lots of evidence that services rendered were not as advertised. Paypal agreed and issued me a refund. Please avoid SenegalStyle and enjoy your trip without the hassle of this unpleasant experience and owner.
