点评：We booked a Cold Blooded VIP experience which included entry for 2. Honestly, the best day I have ever had at a zoo, and I’ve been parenting for 19 years. All of the keepers and volunteers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Several stopped to chat while we were looking looking at the animals, and my 13 yr old loved this. The park is small but there are enough animals to you keep busy for a few hours. Nice cafe doing a lot of trade.

For our VIP experience our keeper, Jack, introduced us to 7 reptiles including going inside the enclosures and feeding the snake-neck turtles, holding an African Giant Toad, and several iguanas. As our experience started at 3.30 and the park closed at 4pm we basically spent an hour in the closed zoo meeting the reptiles which was amazing. Jack was so knowledgeable, patient and generous with his time, and great with my son. The Zoo Director, Scott, joined us and spent ages explaining the tarantula to us. If you love animals this is THE place to find like-minded people, 100% recommend. Cannot say enough good things about this zoo. What a gem!
