Unforgettable Adventure to Kilimanjaro

点评：Our group of nine, including two young girls aged 13 and 14, had the privilege of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro via the 8-day Lemosho Route (13-20 Sept 2025) with the outstanding support of Kili Treks Tanzania Ltd.
From start to finish, we were accompanied, encouraged, and cared for by an exceptional team of 39 people—guides, cooks, porters, and helpers—whose dedication, experience and kindness went far beyond our expectations.
One of our greatest challenges was that my daughter was often unwell in the mornings and walked at a very slow pace. At many points, the group could have been divided in two, but instead, everyone chose to stay together. The patience, unity, and encouragement shown by the whole team made an enormous difference and created a bond we will treasure forever.
The summit day was especially unforgettable. From Kosovo Camp, it took us a much longer journey than usual. Thanks to the tireless support and motivation of our guides, especially Wilfred, the team leader, we pressed on. With songs, encouragement, timely advice, prayers, and even sugar when it was most needed, he and his team guided us with wisdom and strength.
We finally stood at Uhuru Peak (5,895m). To our amazement and tears of joy to this once-in-a-lifetime moment of accomplishment.
We are deeply grateful to Wilfred and the entire Kili Treks staff. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this adventure possible, for lifting us in moments of weakness, and for sharing your spirit with us.
