点评：My trip to Kyrgyzstan has become one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve had among the Central Asian “Stan” countries.
Before my trip, I came across the Song-Kul Travel Instagram page and decided to book with them. I’ll admit, arranging everything through WhatsApp initially made me a little nervous—but they were completely legitimate, professional, and incredibly responsive. Looking back, I’m so grateful I found them.
I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team.
First, to the person behind our WhatsApp conversations—thank you for being so patient, accommodating, and thorough in answering all my questions. Your prompt communication gave me confidence from the very beginning.
A special thank you to Ms. Bema, our tour guide. Although she had only been with the team for two weeks, she exceeded every expectation. Her kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine care for every guest truly stood out. She made sure we were safe throughout our horseback journey across the mountains and cliffs, that we were well-fed, comfortable, warm in our yurts, and always looked after. Thank you as well for the thoughtful handmade stuffed horse keychain—it will always remind me of this incredible adventure.
To our amazing horse guides—Mr. Erbol, Mr. Talgart, and Mr. Beykut—thank you for your professionalism, patience, and dedication. You made us feel safe and confident throughout the ride, and it was clear how much you cared for both the horses and your guests. Thank you for pairing me with Volgo. I’ll never forget that wonderful horse, and I already miss him!
