Misled and still waiting — do not trust their shipping promises

点评：I bought a cuckoo clock in person at Käthe Wohlfahrt’s Rothenburg store on September 15 and was explicitly promised I would receive it within five business days. They charged my credit card immediately and assured me shipping would be quick and reliable.
Nearly two months later, I still have no shipment, no tracking number, and no clear explanation. Every response I’ve received has been vague and evasive — never a straightforward answer or accountability for the missed promise.
At this point it feels deceptive. They took full payment, made a commitment they clearly never intended (or were able) to keep, and have shown little interest in fixing the situation.
If you visit Käthe Wohlfahrt and are told they can ship your purchase later, do not believe it — take it with you or risk losing both your money and peace of mind. The products may look beautiful, but the company’s shipping process and honesty are severely lacking.
