A trip for the ages -- to Syria!

点评：I was fortunate to be able to join a Koryo group tour to Syria in February/March 2026, which tour leader Zoe made as easy to plan as it was to enjoy. We were able to get a fascinating and fun overview of the country's culture, history, people and food and Zoe (along with our local guide Tambi) left no stone unturned when it came to seeking out off-the-beaten-track experiences as well as covering all of the major sites.
The very end of our trip sadly marked the re-ignition of hostilities between Iran, Israel and the US, but Zoe made sure we not only were safe but also at no time felt unsafe whilst making all of the complicated changes to our schedule necessary to make a swift and orderly exit of the country and to get us home.
If you want to visit Syria, Koyro, Zoe and their team is certainly the best way to do it and they groups they bring together tend to attract particularly fun, energetic and interesting people. This trip is not one to be missed!
