点评:Absolutely horrendous parking and security experience.
The parking situation at Royal Mall was an absolute nightmare, made considerably worse by the dismissive and confrontational attitude we experienced from the security personnel.
What made the situation particularly unacceptable was that even after offering to pay for the parking, instead of receiving a straightforward explanation or any attempt to resolve the issue professionally, we were met with a dismissive attitude and unnecessary confrontation.
This treatment was directed toward two business-oriented women who are foreign citizens and are actively investing and doing business in Kosovo. Regardless of who a visitor is, nobody should be treated this way—but it is especially disappointing to see international visitors and investors leave with this kind of impression over something as basic as parking.
Security personnel are supposed to provide order, assistance, and clear communication—not turn a minor parking matter into an unpleasant confrontation. Courtesy costs nothing, particularly when customers are actively trying to cooperate and are even offering to pay.
The mall itself may have plenty to offer, but the parking and security experience was appalling and completely overshadowed the visit. Management should seriously review how the parking operation is handled and, more importantly, how security personnel are trained to communicate with customers and foreign visitors.
For a commercial property that presumably wants to welcome customers, businesses, tourists, and international investment, this is an extraordinarily poor first impression of hospitality and professionalism.
We left not because of the parking fee—we were willing to pay it—but because of how we were treated while trying to resolve the situation.
