点评：Pros:
+Large, fun waterpark for all ages.
+Friendly, highly trained lifeguards inside Waterpark.
+Restaraunts on resort grounds to choose from.
+Decent rooms, cool African themeing.
+Beautiful resort grounds outside, flowers and statues.
Cons:
-Self service check in kiosks don't work. Many complained around us with their screens just spinning a loading circle constantly.
-Online reservation system confirmed my booking and gave me a confirmation number, but when I arrived I was told I didn't have a reservation.
-Customer service rep tells me I have to pay full price even though I had a confirmed booking online they can't honor my price. Asked to see mgr, they disgruntingly matched the price. Checkin took 45+ min, due to issues with reservation.
-Shower had terribly low water pressure. Bummer because you really want high pressure to wash the Waterpark chemicals off you.
-Service in restaurants was subpar. App never came out and food took 30 min even at 930pm when not many were eating.
All in all kids and I had fun, but these negatives really take away from a seamless vacation experience. The resorts tech stack/vendors really need to be looked at and corrected by professionals.
