点评:I feel really gutted reading the other reviews. Our cooking class was cancelled three days before the course was due to run due to sickness. We opted for a refund as the other courses weren't quite suitable. Unfortunately the owner then posted on social media on the day it was due to run that she and the chef were meeting up to plan their business together. The same chef that was too poorly to travel to run the class, was able to travel to meet up. Despite prompting for the refund, we were then told the owner had been away and couldn't respond to our messages. We received the refund five days after requesting.
If there are legitimate reasons to cancel, that is fine, but to boast on social media on the day of cancelled event and how blessed you are and how excited you are to build your 'little business' with the person who was allegedly too poorly to travel, it really does show poor customer service and treatment of customers.
It is such a shame as we were planning to do a class every few months or so. Now I wouldn't waste my time on such a poorly run business with such blatant disregard for its customers.
