点评：We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Akha Kitchen Thai Cooking Class, and our chef Jaru was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like tourists and more like welcomed friends invited into her kitchen.
Jaru is a fantastic teacher — warm, patient, and deeply knowledgeable. She explained not just what we were cooking, but why, giving us a real understanding of Thai cooking fundamentals that we’ll genuinely use back home. The pace was relaxed, the atmosphere joyful, and every dish we made was delicious.
More than just a cooking class, it felt like a shared cultural experience filled with laughter, great food, and generosity of spirit. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Chiang Rai, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.
If you’re even remotely interested in Thai food or culture, don’t miss Akha Kitchen — it’s something special.
