点评:I am local and have been here many times. I had good experiences until the last 8 or 9 years. The manager under new ownership was cold, demanding and unhelpful. Yesterday was just awful! I was in a larger group of mostly local retirees that had reserved two tubs. The manager was unable or unwilling to tell us how to register. After a long confusing delay, a system was finally developed to get the process started (with the group leader registering everyone). Then, since almost no one knew to go outside to look for the changing booths , she started yelling "Everyone has to get out of here unless they're buying something! I can't concentrate!" The leader was so upset, she had to step outside before the process was complete. It was definitely NOT a relaxing or pleasant experience. I will not go back unless it changes ownership. I gave more than one star due to prior good experiences and the kindness of the rest of the staff, especially Rebecca.
