点评：What a joy to experience Zermatt and majestic Swiss peaks with no stress from having to plan the trip! I found Mark and Swiss Day Tours easily online when I searched "can you get to the Matterhorn and back to Zurich in the same day?" His attention to all details leading up to the trip, and tips and weather updates as the date grew nearer was flawless. Each step of the way the day of was made clear and we enjoyed premium transportation throughout. Mark has a perfect cadence of delivering fascinating history about Switzerland in general and the places we visited specifically, including plants and animals we saw, along the train rides and over lunch. He was able to provide restaurant options for the vegetarian in our family ahead of time so we could peruse menus and select a preference. He anticipated needs before we knew we had them, and generously provided hand cleansers, informational booklets, even a lovely gift! He was very flexible in accommodating how long we wished to spend at each stop and knew exactly where to adjust our schedule for train connections. He pointed out shops showcasing high quality Swiss products and we are now enamored of Laderach chocolates! I believe Mark is offering a singular service of the highest quality and we would recommend anyone looking for a highly organized day trip with a genuinely kind and fun expert to look him up. You will be delighted you did!
