点评：Hello. We stayed at your hotel from June 20, our rooms are 508 and 510. I gave my clothes to the dry cleaner several times, they always came back with stains. On the day of my departure, I gave my clothes to the dry cleaner, I will also attach all the photos of the things, there were a lot of four dry cleaner bags, to which they returned everything to me with stains even worse than before. Unfortunately, this was the most unsuccessful experience of our family vacation. Also, as for the service, it was terrible. I had to repeat my order 10 times because they simply forgot about it. Coca-Cola and coffee could be brought in 40 minutes, or not at all. When I asked for eggs Benedict for breakfast, which are extra, they could forget about it, well, when they did not forget about the payment. We did not want to argue over nine euros, so they turned a blind eye to it, but I want people to know about this terrible place, do not waste your money and time
