点评：Run, don’t walk, to Ruby Ruby. Ruby is an absolute gem—so warm, passionate, and clearly in love with her craft, which made us fall in love with everything she creates. Coming from a family obsessed with bags and shoes, this was heaven.
By the end of our trip, our family of four walked out with a custom pair of boots, four unique custom bags (each tailored perfectly to our personalities with Ruby’s help), and two belts. The leather quality? Unreal. The smell alone was worth it. And the turnaround time? Shockingly fast, especially with all the custom touches.
Ruby and her team were such a joy to work with, and giving thoughtful, honest input on design tweaks. She was always right.
Ruby, thank you so much. We adore everything you made for us and can’t wait to come back for more!
