The most fantastic experience dealing with Bruker
Bruker Marina & Watersports Rentals的点评
点评：From the online booking to dropping off and fueling, booking the pontoon boat with the family was a joy.
Booking on-line was a breeze. Easy to follow instructions, list of available equipment, the website was well laid out. Payment was simple and confirmation immediately.
Arriving at the dock, we were greeted by friendly staff that steered us in the right direction, and guided us to the free parking. Again once down at the docks, the friendly staff greeted us and went over all the paperwork promptly, rigged us up with the necessary equipment, gave us an informative rundown of the operations of the vessel, and cheerfully set us on our way.
What can I say about the day! There was not a minute went by that we all didn’t have smiles on our faces or there was not laughter. The boat was big enough to accommodate 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) the boat ran flawlessly all day and the tubing was a hit! One of the best days of the summer for sure!
Upon return at the end of the day, the staff greeted us again with smiles and helped us unload, checked over everything to make sure we were satisfied, fueled up and thanked us for our business. They even did a follow up call and gave me some money back! I wouldn’t expect that often but they felt it was warranted because of a small issue, one that I hadn’t given a second thought. I certainly wasn’t expecting a partial refund as I was quite happy with the money spent and the quality of a stellar day of fun on the water. But who am I to argue with staff that knows best! I was happy for the rebate!
In closing, perhaps there were bad reviews in the past, but that was different management. This new group has got customer satisfaction dialed in! They all did a bang up job and made our day fantastic! I will rent again from Bruner Marina. A day full of wonderful memories! Many thanks Garth Eberle
