点评:Did you know? TULIPS ARE DEADLY TO DOGS! I didn’t know this until I saw an article about a lady who took her dog to a tulip festival in the UK this past Friday and her dog was dead within three hours of the visit. I had planned to visit Harrison Tulip festival this upcoming weekend but why risk it? I figured that being tulip growers and dog loving people, the Harrison Tulip team would make an executive decision for all of us and just say no pets sorry the risk is too high. If you wouldn’t take your baby to a rat poison factory, please don’t take your dog to a tulip festival. The toxins are not just in the flower itself but can spread to surrounding ground so if your dog licks toxins infested ground or sniffs the ground and licks their nose they can still ingest toxins and become severely ill. So the website saying stay on the pathway is not really protecting your dog, it’s moreso for your dog to not disturb their flowers.
