Disappointing

点评：Very disappointing trip with our 3 grandchildren. The staff were completely disinterested. On the inflatable slide, the staff member hardly looked up from his phone. Asked me to time my gkids, and when I suggested to him that it was dangerous for children to be climbing up the slide (not steps) he told me “they don’t take any notice”.
On the tractors, the lady taking the money didn’t give me any tokens. “My bad” her response. There was no one managing the queues, so it was a free for all.
The play area was vastly overcrowded with older kids running wild.
We didn’t go into MooLand, but it looked very shabby. Not worth £5.50.
The highlight was the ice cream, which was absolutely fantastic and the staff there were really engaging and positive.
More staff training required imo and perhaps a rethink on numbers in the play area.
