点评：If you ever want to honor your loved ones by placing flowers - DON'T go and or purchase a crypt at Fairhaven. FIFTH time this year wanting to place flowers at the crypt where they are supposed to have urns. NO urns at all. I bought 2 dozen roses and drove 40 minutes to put them at my family and friends crypts. All for nothing.
Day before Easter and no urns? But this happens even during other times of the year. I have spoken to management and they keep promising this is going to change. Lip service - no change.
The take away - if a cemetery can't provide simple urns they are most likely doing poorly in business. One wonders where they will cut corners. Will a cemetery ever go bankrupt with poor business decisions? Keep that in mind.
