点评：In Afrikaans, there is a saying - "Bo blink, onder stink." It means that on the surface, things appear well and perfect, but if you look deeper, you'll see how thin the veneer is. The floor of this establishment is a health hazard. Between two sections of the padstal, there is a built-up cement that creates a small difference in level. There is no warning that the floor rises, and near the pillars between the sections, this built-up cement is coarse. I was looking for my husband, and because there are no warning signs, color differences, or strips on the floor, I fell. I injured my right shoulder and am still seeing a physiotherapist a month after this incident. However, I do realize that this was an accident, and I am also partly to blame, along with the building's lack of industrial safety; it was the rude floor manager's lack of care that really worsened the experience. This person was standing chatting with other staff, and although I approached them in a friendly manner, she was reluctant to walk with me so that I could point out the hazardous floor surface. While we stood there, two other ladies also stumbled on that sudden rise of the floor. This person did not offer any excuses or ask how I felt after the fall. She just shrugged and said the floor was done before she came to work there. Not even the lady at the till offered a friendly sorry. Someone behind me also commented on how unhappy the staff looked. The devil is in the details, owners Joubert! I will tell every single person I meet to stop at another padstal - there are quite a few in the area. Big is not necessarily better, and with big places, care and empathy for clients are often lost. But, wheels tend to turn...
