When we wanted to stop at locations not included in the original plan, Dinesh readily adjusted the route to meet our needs. For instance, when we needed to go to a restaurant in the evening, he promptly picked us up and later ensured our safe return. His calm, safe driving and focus on passenger comfort left a positive impression on us.
Company Owner
The company owner acted very quickly and efficiently, offering a full range of services – from hotel reservations and transport organization to safaris, and even arranging non-standard train ticket purchases on our request for a journey through picturesque tea fields, as well as the airport transfer. The overall offer was comprehensive, and the value for money was very attractive. Moreover, I decided on the trip at the last minute – on Saturday, 22nd February I purchased my tickets to Sri Lanka, and by 10:30 AM local time on 24th February, I was already there. Everything was organized and executed flawlessly, which is a testament to his high professionalism and integrity. He is also very flexible; you never feel pressured to book everything through him, as he gives you complete freedom to arrange hotels or other attractions on your own if you prefer.
Conclusion
The collaboration was of a high standard both in terms of organization and communication. As is common with last-minute trip planning, there were minor issues and some ambiguities – especially when everything is arranged "on the fly." Nonetheless, our difficulties were quickly resolved, ensuring that we remained calm and completely satisfied with the trip.
