Going downhill, not enough staff or activities

点评：Sadly this place seems to be going downhill.
Main gripe is very low staffing on the main trampoline floor - at times today just one or two to cover the whole place. None on the 'gauntlet' race area, none on the football pitch where about 20 boys were running riot. One standing near the tumble track for about 10 mins. It's odd because there were a lot of staff in the building, but they seemed to be heavily resourcing taking food to the party rooms or just having breaks. If a kid got hurt they would have had to call via walkie talkie for support. It used to be that the staff proactively engaged, playing games etc.
This low staffing also meant the trapeze/soft pillow was only open in 10 minute bursts and then closed.
As they have also removed the 'cyclone' (where a bar goes round and the kids have to jump/duck to avoid it, there actually isn't much to do anymore. The only thing replacing it is a screen which 2 kids can play by moving their bodies to control the characters. Hello - we are here to get our kids away from screens, and 2 players is pointless when there are hundreds of kids in here and no system to make them take turns.
The football pitch was totally unaccessible due to 20 unsupervised boys, and the timer features on the gauntlet (obstacle course race) has been broken for as long as I remember and is also unsupervised, meaning kids just hang around inside in the way.
So now it's really just a bunch of trampolines and not really enough for one per child when it's busy either.
For £16 per kid this needs to start doing a lot better.

由于有20个无人看管的男孩在足球场上玩耍，整个球场完全无法使用。而且据我所知，障碍赛跑装置上的计时功能早就坏了，同样也无人监管。也就是说，孩子们就只是在里面闲逛罢了。
现在那里基本上就只有一堆蹦床，人多的时候甚至不够每个孩子使用一个。
收了每个孩子16英镑的费用，这个地方真的应该提供更好的体验才对。
