Worst Experience Ever – Broken Kart, Empty Promises, Rude Staff

点评:Congratulations – you’ve managed to deliver one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I came to your track expecting a proper racing session, but instead I paid €100 for a broken kart and was treated with disrespect and total incompetence.
From lap one, my kart was clearly not functioning – no acceleration, poor handling, a complete joke. I flagged it immediately and was told it would be changed. That was a lie. No one changed anything. No one cared. I drove a useless machine while everyone else actually raced.
You had every opportunity to fix this and do the bare minimum: replace the kart. Instead, your staff did nothing. Not just useless – rude and indifferent too. I was ignored, dismissed, and left to waste my time and money. Is this your idea of “customer service”? Because from my side, it looked more like daylight robbery.
To be clear:
• I paid €100 for a broken experience.
• I was promised help and got none.
• Your team offered no support, no solution, not even basic courtesy.
If this is how you run your business, you should be embarrassed. I didn’t just leave disappointed – I left feeling scammed.
I expect a full refund, or at the very least, some form of compensation. If not, I’ll make sure others know exactly what to expect from your so-called racing experience.

• 你们的团队没有提供支持,没有解决方案,甚至连基本的礼貌都没有。
如果你们的经营方式就是这样,你们应该感到羞愧。我离开时不仅仅是失望,更是觉得自己被骗了。
我希望得到全额退款,或者至少得到某种形式的补偿。如果没有,我会让其他人清楚地知道你们所谓的赛车体验究竟是什么样的。
