Bogus! Unprofessional spa experience
Johaness Spa - BAGATELLE的点评
点评：On 12 Dec 24 I booked for a Johaness signature spa 120 mins - couple package for 26 Dec 24.
I requested for a slot in the afternoon and the receptionist told me that they did not have the agenda for p.m. hence I got my confirmation for 09:30 a.m. I specifically asked them to call me if they had availability in the afternoon.
I obviously never receive a call from them.
I called them back on 24 Dec 24 to check availability in the afternoon and the lady I spoke to said to me that there's was no availability in the afternoon but in case there's any cancellation she will get back to me. So my booking remains at 0930.
Today is 26 Dec 24, we came for our spa treatment at 09:30 a.m. and I am told I don't have a booking. I told them I booked for 0930 two weeks ago under the name of Deepshikha. They checked again and said there's another Deepshikha inside but they cannot find my booking.
I showed my call history, the numerous times I called.
I took a stand and said firmly again that I called 2 weeks in advance and ensured that my booking was confirmed.
Then the lady said I can see your booking is at 16:00 p.m on the same day and as comments it said 'to call the client to confirm'.
We took a day off today for this spa, travel from the south of the island to Moka, sent our baby to crèche early morning for nothing!!!!!
Seriously, this is not a mistake to accept!
This was about to be the second time at the spa and unfortunately I will not be coming and absolutely do not recommend people.
I wanted to try Johaness Spa since we did have a good experience the first time when we booked with deals.mu but Trust me there are so many good spa around the island.
My husband then called Foraha Spa ( to which I been 9 times), and they agreed to squeeze us for an hour spa.
The distance is not an issue, it's all about the experience 😕.

我们今天请了一天假来这个水疗中心，从岛的南部前往 Moka，一大早就把我们的孩子送到托儿所，一切都是白费！！！！！
说真的，这不是一个可以接受的错误！
这即将是第二次来水疗中心了，不幸的是我不会来了，绝对不会推荐给别人。
我想试试 Johaness Spa，因为我们第一次通过 deals.mu 预订时确实有很好的体验，但相信我，岛上有很多不错的水疗中心。
然后我丈夫打电话给 Foraha Spa（我去过 9 次），他们同意挤出时间给我们做一小时水疗。
距离不是问题，重要的是体验😕。
