点评:I engaged MTM Travel and Tours to handle ground arrangements for a group of my friends, 15 in total, during September and October 2025. I paid in advance.
I arrived in Johannesburg before the group arrived and contacted Mr. Moses Malope 
of MTM to confirm that he was ready for the group arriving 4 days later.
He said he had been ill and hoped to be there, but would like to see me and introduce his partner, whom I assumed would do the transfers/tours.
I said I was available any time..But no response
I asked for his partner's name and phone number.. No response.
As time was running out, I sent an ultimatum that if he didn't confirm the arrangement, I would have to find another operator.
Understand that September/October is peak season, and to get another operator
at short notice is ???
He failed to respond in time.
I contacted 3 other operators.
Two could not help. Found one and used them.
Later, Mr. Malope agreed to refund the payment I had made, which was to be paid by 6th October
Still waiting 22nd October.
I advised Mr. Malope that I would be reporting this case to all the relevant authorities, and have done so. I do expect severe sanctions from Tourism South Africa.
Should there be an amicable resolution, I will be the first to post.
