Bad Experience and Dissapointment

点评：I’ve played at this club several times in the past and always had a good experience. However, I was deeply disappointed with the management during my recent visit.
I had booked a game for Sunday at 1:00 PM and was informed by the club that there would be a morning tournament, meaning I couldn’t tee off until the afternoon. My friends and I arrived at 12:45 PM as planned, but to our dismay, all the buggies were still unavailable because the tournament had not yet concluded.
Many other golfers were also waiting for buggies, and it became clear that we wouldn’t be able to tee off until around 2:30 PM or even 3:00 PM. This delay was unacceptable, and we ultimately decided to leave. Thankfully, the club refunded us, but the experience ruined our Sunday mood due to their poor management.
My sincere advice: do not book an afternoon game here if there’s a morning tournament. The club clearly struggles to manage such situations effectively.
