I wanted to share feedback regarding our visit to your spa today, as the experience was extremely disappointing and quite concerning.
From the moment we arrived, the environment felt very unprofessional. The staff were not presented in a professional manner, and the overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the spa were below expectation. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the premises, and the space felt poorly maintained.
We were also very concerned to see electrical cables being handled around us while we were seated, especially in an area where water was being used. This felt extremely unsafe and should never happen in a treatment environment.
No consultation or intake forms were provided before treatment, which is a basic professional and safety requirement. The overall setup felt unprepared and disorganized.
Additionally, the experience advertised did not match what was delivered. There was no relaxing spa atmosphere — no proper ambiance, aroma, or attention to detail. Small touches such as the refreshments also felt very low quality, including warm champagne and cheap chocolates.
Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and far below the standard one would expect from a spa. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention, as these issues need serious improvement, particularly where client safety is concerned.
