Kimberley Expeditions的点评
点评：I worked aboard Reef Prince for a period of time and feel compelled to share my concerns regarding both the vessel and the working environment.
From a safety and hygiene perspective, the vessel fell significantly below acceptable standards. Numerous shortcuts appeared to have been taken in both the construction and ongoing maintenance of the boat, impacting not only crew safety but guest comfort as well.
Most of my fellow crew members chose to leave their positions early, citing concerns about the workplace culture and treatment onboard. The cruise director, Paul Hogger, was particularly difficult to work with. While he mostly presents well in front of guests, behind the scenes his conduct was inappropriate, hostile, and, in several instances, intimidating - particularly toward young female crew members. This created a deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional working environment.
It’s worth noting that Kimberley Expeditions does not have a Google Reviews page, which may limit transparency for potential guests doing their research.
If you’re considering a Kimberley cruise, I would strongly recommend looking into reputable alternatives such as Great Escape, True North, or Ocean Dream Charters, which are known for offering a higher standard of safety, service, and overall guest experience.
