Folkestone Museum的点评
点评：We live locally and thought it was time to visit this free museum.
Set over 2 floors is easy to navigate. The lower floor focuses on Roman and prehistoric Folkestone. There's an interesting skeleton on display. The ground level focuses on maritime and war time Folkestone along with some social history.
We enjoyed our visit which lasted about 90 minutes.
Unfortunately most of the interactive displays weren't working so the chance to listen to stories was not available.
We also found that the staff member on duty didn't engage with us. Apart from the initial explanation that the museum was over 2 floors there was no attempt to tell us more. When we left there was no 'goodbye,thankyou for visiting'. Bear in mind there were the 2 of us and a group of 3 visiting , it was hardly busy.
The shop was poor and uninspiring.
To conclude, a suprisingly interesting museum to spend time but could it could improved.
